For me study geography was a
difficult decision, as I had to choose between this career and pedagogy in
mathematics, many people say that I took the best road, but I think there is a
part of me that still wants to teach.
I am studying geography, because
I have never decided by a thing very scientific or social in my life, I am a mixture of both,
and so is geography.
The geography keeps the
relationship between the scientist and the historian, that many other
disciplines have lost, and the result of that relationship is given completely
for protect the environment and for the good of society, I love that.
Moreover through this career is
possible to know in great depth the events occurring on the planet, natural
risks like earthquakes, the mobilization of people, regions of our country, and
so on.
All this catches my curiosity. In
these two-year of career I have learned to know the discipline and, more and
more, I am interested.
I study Geography because I
intend to do something to improve the world and the quality of life of people,
because I believe that human beings today they are not generous with our nature
and is need to change the mentality of new generations in this regard.
I study this career because I
want to make this world a lot better for the future, because I want to struggle
so that they not continue exploiting our planet irresponsibly.
